Roasted Leeks & Fennel (Anise)

  • 2 large leeks

  • 1 large fennel bulb

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • drizzle of truffle oil

  • optional - add shredded parmesan or asiago cheese

  • sea salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Mix together and bake at 350 until browned.
